Creative Background
Eva Viciana grew up as a dancer, beginning her training at age three. For much of her early life, movement was her primary language for discipline, expression, and storytelling. Dance instilled structure early on and shaped how she learned to listen, take direction, and commit fully to a process long before a performance ever reached the stage.
During high school, Eva trained at both Bravo Dance Center and Pebblebrook High School’s performing arts program, environments that demanded technical rigor alongside artistic growth. These spaces reinforced that artistry is built through consistency, collaboration, and accountability. The experience of balancing rehearsal schedules, performance expectations, and academic responsibilities formed a strong professional foundation and deepened her respect for the work that happens behind the scenes.
That foundation eventually led her to expand her focus beyond performance alone. Eva is currently studying at Oklahoma City University, where she is pursuing entertainment business with a concentration in marketing and communications. While dance remains central to her identity, her interests have grown toward understanding how creative work is supported, positioned, and sustained within the industry. She is particularly drawn to theatre marketing for its ability to bridge artistic vision and audience connection.
Alongside her studies, Eva has gained experience in marketing, communications, and writing roles that allow her to combine creative instinct with strategic thinking. Her background as a performer informs this work. Having spent years inside rehearsal rooms and production environments, she approaches marketing and storytelling with an awareness of process, collaboration, and intention. She values clarity, authenticity, and audience awareness in how creative projects are represented.
At this stage, Eva is focused on continuing to build experience across theatre, marketing, and communications, with an emphasis on work that is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. She is motivated by projects that respect both the creative process and the people behind it.
